Unrelated Incidents?
While commuting early this morning, I first passed a very disheveled old woman peering over the steering wheel of a truck lop-sided due to a shredded front tire. It appeared she had been driving this way for quite some time as there was an extensive line of cars behind her and her flashers were activated.
